NPC's are work normal, but ragdolls are in flesh. I think it's because Gibsplat use invisibility for flesh on end of limb, and Sabreans Headcrab Zombie Mod use invisibility for custom zombie skins. I think you cant fix this, because this is trouble of base of gibsplat, and to fix you need to rebuild all addon to new system of dismemberment (maybe i say ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i'm sorry).
But I'll be glad if you can fix it somehow. Sorry for my english
