This is weird, they all got:
scope = 2; //public
scopeCurator = 2; //public
scopeCurator is the Zeus thing, so they should be listed
I found a problem, incompatibility with Zeus Enhanced https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1779063631 Tried changing the boot order but it didn't help, the list of items is completely missing. As mentioned above, everything was fine before.
Okey, dont have ZEN so i will look into this. So far, noone reported such bug before.

Could you try to remove tg_winterriver.pbo of Tiberian Genesis Mod folder and try again if this error still appear? I do not have this CDLC and cant try
