When trying the options: "Rip Clothing" and "Craft Sheet Rope", the game freezes for 1-2 seconds.

I believe it is because of the context that opens showing the clothing options that you can craft them. If I keep the actions context open and go through the "Rip Clothing" and "Craft Sheet Rope" options again, as the list has already been processed, it doesn't freeze the game.

In a situation where there is no danger, it is not a big problem, now if it is a life or death situation, or even carrying out in countless outfits, it is frustrating.
