none of the tools can go into the Utility Slot. We tried the torch, both saws and what ever else the picture in 6 suggested. Same for the bag slot. I can put the red med kit but not the green in the slot. All other seems fine.

I similarly cannot attach any of the depicted items to the utility slot. I don't believe there's a mod conflict, as the backpack *almost* otherwise works perfectly... there are a couple minor issues but I will post those separately.

Utility Slot:
-Propane Torch;
-Garden Saw;
-Saw.

Item Slots (1 to 5):
-Lighter (after combining it with a Carabiner Clip to "Make Backpack Attachable Item");
-Glowsticks (a downside is you have to Attach it again when you activate the Glowstick);

Many of the items that can be attached to the 2 Belt slots can go in the Item Slots, but not all (the Meat Cleaver can but the Nightstick can't.)
I recommend testing EACH ITEM by right-clicking ON THE ITEM to see if you can attach it to anything.
Clicking on the hotbar won't check for items in your backpack, containers or ground, it will ONLY check your HAND.

For the Second Bag, you need to use a Carabiner Clip with the bag to "Make Secondary Bag"
