It's a quick slot to a secondary bag plus it imparts some weight reduction even when not in hand.

So you right click and equip as secondary, load up the goodies, and then when you unequip it stays on the hot bar and gives you the weight reduction though you can't access the bag without equipping it again.

I've tried it with the garbage bag which had the highest capacity but only 10% weight reduction when in hand. When I unequiped it the bag's overall weight dropped another 20% so 30% total.

If someone wants to try it with a different piece of kit with higher weight reduction we can figure out if it's 30% regardless or an additional 20% added to the original.

How do I attach the second bag? it does not show the option for me immediately, even with the trash bag.
