I think it has to do with the fat zombies, it has scuffed up a lot of scaling for player clothes. I think I would prefer fat ones to be a separate mod anyway than in this one. Both pair of red overalls were huge, a lot of skirts are huge, those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head.
