How do you know if this mod is turned on and working?
I clicked "subscribe", is that all? How do I know this mod is turned on?

If you are subscribed then the mod should install automatically. To see if it did install, go to the "Mods" menu in-game and see if it appears in the list.

Fixed it by downloading external link, unpacking it, and moving it to the civ 5 MODS folder.

Don't know why I didn't try that earlier.

You also have to enable it in the mods menu, and then start a game after pressing next.

Is there a way to test that it's loaded properly in game? A console and/or logs, even?

Edit, the AI is noticeably improved, so im pretty sure its working.

Where I can find the external Link? It does not appear in the "Mods" menu, although it's subscribed
