Hello. I can't find your mods in the game itself, how can I install them? Are they working now?

Hello, after subscribing the item it should be shown in the F10 menu in game. You can also try pressing "Refresh blueprints" button over there to make sure that the game updated the workshop items.

Tell me, in order to install mods, do you need to download DLC?

No, mods do not rely on DLC`s. Also this item (U-1 Tele-forklift) is a blueprint, not a mod so it will be available in the F10 menu after loading the world file.

Unfortunately Space Engineers does not support subgrid projection so only the largest part of the blueprint will be projected.
