Dear mod Dev, I love your work, I hope you are still online, because I was thinking, navies and landlocked nations in hoi4 don't really matter that much (note poland with a single port was historically important but plays no noteable role ingame), do you think its possible to mod a way where land trade routes are only allowed through nations that border you or can be accessed by sea? meaning that I cant trade from through 30 different nations on the other side of the planet through a land route?

Hi Player, please make it so your mod works for people who own By Blood Alone DLC. The Embargo mechanic they added in vanilla in By Blood Alone is completely useless. Your mod is 100 times better. However, the only way to get it working currently is to completely disable the By Blood Alone DLC.

BBA DLC owners need a fix. You can't embargo unless they create world tension.
