Spirit armors and dualwield weapons are only visible if you unlock them yes, when you have to catch the spirit with a weapon, all armors and dualwield of the same group become availiable.
To see if the mod works you can activate devMode, start a game with devMode active in the starting menu, in the game go to options/this game and select the option "Unlock all weapons", try to craft something in overland map and see if the armors are there.
Edit: No luck, getting to a spirit, my option is my sword or legacy point.
You do not enchant armor/shield when catching spirits. You enchant weapons as usual. This will unlock the elemental armor/shield of the same category as the weapon for crafting.
I'm aware of that -- but so far the _only_ shield that is unlocking is Earth, NONE of the others have unlocked even if I have elemental armor of the same category.
My warrior would riposte with the weak dualwield off hand weapon instead of his more damaging main hand weapon.
I think it's tied to the default attack being the dualwield attack when you have a offhand weapon.
What file can I change to make main hand attack the default?
