I think Ill include most of this stuff.
Ill probably put additional areas or bags, one including Official Stuff (FAQ´s, Bug Hunts) and one for Fan Stuff (Optional Rules, custom Missions, etc.) somewhere on the Table.
When it comes to 3D Models, Id love to have some, but I cant create them myself, and Im not willing to include some random miniatures from the workshop they dont at least resemble the characters somehow.
So Im reliant on somebody creating and providing such models.
Including the Door Standess should be doable.
Resizing the Table could be kind of problematic, but I think I can work around the problem by having Pre-Built Scenarios as a single object that you can lay over the Table.
Ill have to test this a bit.
Concerning your custom campaign, Ill contact you to get the direct images of your custom tiles.

From what it seems its wonky at best.
Having 2 Stacks is probably the better solution for now. :-/
Agree to ephinyfurcat:
Because another reason for 2 stacks is, if you use the "put at bottom" function, you don't notice when you reach the "cardboard reshuffle card" (when you reach the end of the endurance deck, you have to reshuffle the deck.
A 2nd thing I'd like to flag is to have the orientation of the cards in the doc for Motion Tracker and Endurance cards to be orientated in the same way so one set does not appear upside down
