Technical Stuff (settings.cfg, etc)

A settings.cfg file will be generated into Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/ems/rag_mod
Settings available are:

Restrict !moveforce and !jumpforce commands to the Server Host only.

Restrict the global !gmoveforce and !gjumpforce commands to the Server Host only.

ragdollOnTank

Faint when a tank punches you.
0 = None.
1 = Survivor players ragdoll.
2 = Survivor bots ragdoll.
3 = Both ragdoll.

ragdollOnCharger

Faint when a charger sends you flying. Same numbers as ragdollOnTank. (WARNING: Unexpected behavior may happen)

Allow faint ragdolling while incapacitated.)

restrictFaintCmdForLocalHost

false

Restrict !faint command to the Server Host only.

restrictCmdsToAdmins

false

Restrict all commands to only admins, including the host. Uses Admin System's list of admins.

The addon has functionality on all gamemodes and maps, but for PvP gamemodes like Versus it is automatically disabled by Valve.
To make it work in Versus on your local server, right-click on Left 4 Dead 2 in your steam library, select Properties, click on the Installed Files tab, then click on the Browse... button.
Go to left4dead2/cfg/ and open addonconfig.cfg with a text editor or Notepad.
Finally, edit this line:
"versus" "1"
to
"versus" "0"
