Not a balance Suggestion but more a suggestion, Allow the player to dismantle the New American Defense pact since it feels like it becomes redundant after you integrate them. Love the Submod

Maybe an Enclave Path with a AI of some sort of Pre-war dating is found because the US Military was very well influenced by the Enclave and maybe interact able with ERB

The past few games I've played with this mod active but not playing Fort Summers, there's been an issue with the AI balancing. When it's Lanius AI vs. Summers AI, they seem to be stuck in an infinite stalemate. Lanius is either not aggressive enough or not strong enough to deal with a Summers that has focuses to prepare for him, and Summers is entirely defensive and exclusively sticks to the borders. While it was funny to watch Lanius struggle at first, it's become kinda annoying and really disrupts the flow of the region. I dunno how possible it is, but if you can, it would be good for a Summers AI to have a chance of being incompetent and losing to Lanius or being aggressive and actually defeating Lanius so it can continue its tree.

Hmm, most games I saw it mostly died, I've not seen this, I'll have to run a few tests and try and fix this. Thanks for the alert.

It's possible I could just be really unlucky, or some other submod that makes smaller global edits has affected it in some way. If you need a list of submods I also have active, I can gladly provide.
