Looks good but definitely need weight added, perhaps 3 potions with .ini configurable weight/crafting ratios. Having all points in crafting and only 100 weight while trying to craft a run of saddles that need 3K+ ingots each would be an issue. :D

With custom time one might also need the ability to debuff manually (because you know there will be admins that set it at 10 minutes or something).
