It's nothing too serious, no screamers or overlay jumpscares. The events are (that I found)

1. When you first enter the facility, if you go downstairs into a dead end room, the desk will flip and the chair will launch at you for some damage.

2. In the autopsy room, the charred corpse on the stretcher will launch itself into a mini hallway on the right when approached.

3.When in the hallway to the generator room, the shadow of the C-Conscious will flash inside of a room, before causing the light to go out.

4. The C-Conscious will be at the door to his room briefly after opening it, before disappearing.

If you break a vent near the large (unusable) lift, the slime room has a ghost.
