use X gravel in whatever assembler to craft "concrete" in X time.
1 regular block of concrete will cost X "concrete".

You can build the component in any assembler using gravel, as specified in the mod description.

I think he's just asking you what the recipe actually is, how much gravel does it take to make 1 concrete? and how much concrete is needed to build 1 concrete block?

10 gravel are needed to produce 1 concrete. The amount of concrete needed to build a block varies.

Morty - put stone in refinery to turn stone into gravel.
