Garry's Mod
Lego Stud Drop Effect

Uhhh, maybe add a max stud drop limit?
I been screwing around with some maps, and a few of them have unique props or so. When broken, it spawns so many purple studs (over 10,000 purple studs instantly), that I have to force shutdown my PC as it becomes almost 100% unresponsive, and I can't tab out to use task manager to kill gmod as gmod takes priority of my screen. My game would be stuck forever, and turning my PC off is my only escape. Not only that, but I end up picking up half of them, and when I end up dying, it happens again, my game locks up so bad i have to turn my PC off to fix it.

Maybe put a limit to how many can be in the world at 1 time? Instead of dropping a near infinite amount of studs in a single world, maybe allow up to 100 studs to be present in the world, to prevent a massive explosion of over 10,000 studs spawning at 1 time from a certain prop. And yes, I have all the settings as low as they can go, yet it does it anyways.

Maybe they need to add a higher value stud. Something like a platinum stud for 1,000,000 or something.

or a rainbow stud that does exactly that, since there's gifs for those.

frozen source games should only take priority in fullscreen, so preferably use borderless window if the studs freeze the game

if you want a fix for things freezing in fullscreen: Ctrl+Shift+Esc > Options > Always On Top.

Task Manager will now appear on top of everything no matter what, unless you minimize it of course.

Maybe set the multiplier to 0 so they don't drop anything then
