FIX 1:
In the time of the seven warring states, the barbaric and backwards Qin were despised and ridiculed by all of their neighbour states. At this time the Qin king took his state through a series of legal reforms, thus greatly enhancing the national strength.Citizens were given the chance to earn medals through acts of military, with a chance of promotion. The Qin heavily relied on common folk, strict law, clever diplomacy and disciplined armies. Through these qualities they eventually defeated all of their enemies and united China. Enthusiasts can now experience playing as the Qin in ROME II.
