Cooldown config
is there anyway that can i change the cooldown i try to do it first 0.5 it didn't work then i change it to 1 sec also didn't work, this is the config that i used :

[DinoHealthBrew]
HealDuration=0.3
HealPercent=100.00
AutoHealingThreshold=0.3
AutoHealingTime=1.5
CooldownTime=1

The CooldownTime i try to low it down but it still 20 sec

yes other changes work but the cooldowntimer didn't
