Stops working when continuing from a saved game
When you load up a saved game the red/green health/stamina bars disappear, weapon swinging and punching no longer work.

Bump.

I have found this too, Could you give us a local exec path to load that will fix this?

I.E. a path to the file that makes the animations work. my thought process is maybe reloading this file will fix the weapons not working anymore?

would be perfect mod for singleplayer scenario like ravage - but without being able to save.... meh

The thing is the mod also generates a HUGE save file for SP missions, and at some point you just won't be able to load it again....

Tried to use it to play Old Man... Saved at the very start of the scenario: savegame file was 2GB

I also encountered this problem. After continuing to save the game, I couldn't attack. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I have the same problem only sneak and other attacks work but normal swinging melee attacks don't attack. What's worse is that if you save with your melee out and reload back the save.
You will be stuck with the melee stance and you can't switch weapons.

I found a small solution to the "save game problem" in single player. It's a bit complicated but it works. Before you restart the game, copy the saved game you need to another folder.

Detailed instructions:
You can find the save file under
documents -> Arma-otherprofiles -> "yourname" -> Saved -> missions -> "scenarioname"

There you will find all your saved games. Copy that one you want to keep into another folder where you can find it again.

Then you start the game and the mission NEW. Do not load a game. You will receive a message that all your saves will be deleted. That's ok. The game starts and melee combat works again. Then copy the save game from the other folder back into the folder:
documents -> Arma-otherprofiles -> "yourname" -> Saved -> missions -> "scenarioname"

Now in the game you can click on “load” and the old save will be back. You load it and everything works.
