How to replace the black panel by a custom image.
Depack the mod using a tool like pbo manager or Mikero’s ExtractPbo.

Replace the « custom_picture.edds » file in \No_WallHack_On_Connection\data\Layouts\Custom_Picture\
.edds files are just renamed .tga files.
I recommend to use 16/9 dimensions.
The .tga file must have an alpha channel.

Repack the mod using a tool like Addon Builder (included in dayz tools) or Mikero’s pboProject

Note that you can delete the screen message by setting them to "" in the xml (if there is not text in the frames, the frames are deleted too).

You can set "Need_To_Hold_Key" to 0 in the No_WallHack_On_Connection.xml that the mod created in your server profile folder

But remember that the players will be able to skip the black screen with Alt-Tab and then see through walls.
