This time when i pressed (I) ingame And select factions it would crash the server

Oh boy, that's no good. Was this running on a dedicated server or locally hosted? Also, did you do anything else before hitting I? I'm just not sure how to reproduce this since it's working on my end.

I'm not sure what's causing it but this crash log definitely helps me know where to look. I'll get to the bottom of this soon hopefully.

I'm actually considering reaching out to Keen regarding this one if I can't resolve it in a week or two. I am not aware of another mod that allows you to join NPC factions and I wonder if there are bugs that are being revealed by this mod venturing into uncharted territory. I have already found a few occasions where NPC player IDs get mixed up so their system internally might have holes in it.

That helps greatly, I was completely unaware of that mod. I'll take a look in the next few days and see if it's something I can resolve. I encountered similar behavior really early in my mod's development but I thought I had fixed it. Sometimes grids with blocks whose ownership is unassigned causes the game to go bonkers when you open the inventory.
