There is. Someone would have to build a full ship set for them. But, before that, i am working on a way to aquire more of them as a fleet. Like neutral fleets.

Come to think of it, Gray did consider adding compatibility for a shipset that's entirely biological "ships", at the bottom of the page.

So yes we might end up seeing that shipset get RIG support in the future.

There's a mod that adds several shipsets using only vanilla assets (Basically kit-bashing models together) and has full section support, and turrets too, I think it would be a good fit for the mod when you finish the aquatics sections.
Also looks like I'm not the only one that suggested it (someone else did in the comments of the mod)
