Trail tool to add trails, and to disable gravity for a prop you use either physical properties tool, or hold C and right click on the prop and disable gravity for it.

Step one: grab a prop (any) step 2, get the tool "Physical properties" and de-select "enable gravity" apply to prop. then get the trail tool. and add trails to it! thats it. enjoy. add me on steam if my solution didnt work.

mine worked. oh nevermind I commited a war crime by bailing out and surviving now hunted by the FBI and CIA
