There is an issue with this map, somehow when I start the map, it ignores all my game settings, like, I set up the game to start in 1960, but it starts in 1970 nevertheless, etc. No other maps have this issue, even the base version of this map with normal resources. What could that be, I wonder?

does this happen every time you start a new save game?
and when you say all your game settings, do you literally mean ALL of them?
also do you have any error codes appear on screen?

I have this same issue.
No error codes. Game start date is 1/1/1970, UNLIMITED money.
New game, start date set to 1960, everything else set to hardest/frequent except money which was set to easy.

FWIW, it's specific to the "less resources" version of the map.

ok my friend, it appears that i found the source of the issue, and the map should now be fixed! you can go double check, it was a problem with the maps files, for some reason it contained regular game save files, which have now been removed. i tested it after i deleted the files and it seems to be fixed. i have a feeling i know how the random files got there in the first place but don't worry about that, its not important, anyway it should be fixed, if you get any other issues come back and tell me, if not have fun mate!
also remember you'll probably have to start a new save game.
