well since its more of a unorthodox pistol it should have multiple pellets as if it were a shotgun/revolver

+10% more damage if close up (around melee range)
-50% smaller ammo size
-After firing accuracy is decreased by 80% for 1.5 seconds

This revolver looks pretty heavy, has a definite Western touch to it, and only appears to have two bullet slots, so:

+40% overall damage
+20% reload time
-40% firing speed
-66.66% bullet capacity
-50% ammo carried on wearer
Bullets split into 5 different projectiles

So basically it could be an emergency weapon; unsuitable for too much combat but great if you can squeeze off a good couple of accurate shots on a chasing Pyro

[EDIT]: After looking through the comments, making this pistol a shotgun-ish thing sounds awesome.

We have a winner here.
You forgot that its acttualy fully-auto and projectiles home in on targets.Even if cloaked and even if disguised.
Also it kills even if people have uber.

Maybe it has range damage fall-off, so it does massive damage at close range and sort of average damage at a distance, but only two bullets before you have to reload.

+20% Damage (19 damage minimum, 72 damage maximum)
+50% Firing Speed (0.29 seconds between shots)
-65% Clip size (2 bullet clip)
-75% Reload speed (2.03 second reload)

It's a burst fire revolver. Empties it's 2 shot chamber very quickly, but takes a while to reload. Good? Bad? Stupid?
