Look up how to enter debug mode and do it that way, or install the lockpicking mod. Either should do just fine. Debug mode will allow you to remove it without the key, and lockpicking will allow you to just pick the lock on the door.

I'm having the opposite issue where I am getting locked inside of trailers and cannot get out. Help!

1) Install the RV Interior mod.
2) Use debug menu to bring up teleport window.
3) Change the coordinates slightly outside the vehicle, but don't activate.
4) Use radial to go "inside" the trailer.
5) Stay inside and close all question windows.
6) Now teleport from the black screen and you should be outside of trailer.
