When you have two or more subjects that can form Bharat or Hindustan, who both have 25 or more provinces, the decision menu will glitch out, preventing you from scrolling if you have a lot of decisions.
While I do know what causes it, I don't have a good way to fix it.
If this does end up happening to you, you can disable empire rank formables in the config decision, which will hide the decisions.
I am having a problem when it comes to making Egypt a released subject nation. so I core the required land. release an Egyptian vessel, then use the subject nation decision and the game crunches it. when it's done it makes Egypt a country out of my own land but it is a free country not a vessel of myself and the vessel I made to become said country still exists as well. if you could look into it that would be great :)
Thanks for reporting, just uploaded the newest version which should fix this bug
I found a problem where, i was able to form a subject nation, but after I do that it wont allow me to do it again.
it happened when i turned a client state into Manchu, but after that it won't allow me again to form any nation, and its always after forming Manchu
