try command them with "(bot name) use (holdtime)" , but point your cursor to the weapon you want them to pick up.. then type it. i tried it and it worked so far. goodluck

but sometimes it isn't working though.. even when i change some setup in the settings.txt file. if the bots saw another weapon laying on the ground, they'll probably will take it :\
