just turn them both on

but remmember well u will need to restock infantry from a ammo truck
tanks seem to come with the new ammo
and turn on cheats menu ONLY AFTER you turn on robz mod
edit) will only work with standard missions

Turning them both on doesn't work for me, neither of them end up working.
