Thanks for the catch. It should be fixed now.
Looking at the resolutions again though, I noticed capitalization inconsistencies with 4th tier sanctions and the "Curiosity Without Borders" heading, in case you weren't aware.

Oh yeah, those are from Galactic Community++.
I think I'll fix them in the next bug fix update.
Please report this error to the author of the mod: Galactic Community Expanded.
Error message says:
Error in interface\00_galactic_community_sprites.gfx: Ln: 8 Col: 2
]
^
Note: The error occurred at the end of the input stream.
Expecting: closing brace, statement or whitespace
Other error messages:
The clause opened at ("interface\\00_galactic_community_sprites.gfx", Ln: 1,
Col: 15) was not closed.
There's a square bracket where a curly bracket should be. Easy one! :)
war_goal_wg_unequal_treaties_desc: --- "our commercial partner's space" should be "our commercial partners' space"
wg_unequal_treaties_accept: "recieves" should be "receives"
also might be good practice to capitalize 'Merchant Guilds' in each instance, as it's a direct mechanical reference

Harmless typos in 00_galactic_l_english.yml
resolution_homogenous_state: --- "Homogenous State" should be "Homogeneous State"
resolution_commerce_6_desc: --- "protection measures" you probably wanted to say "protectionist measures"
Thanks for the catches; I'll fix them in the next patch.
resolution_rulesofwar_repeal_6_effect_success is misnamed as resolution_commerce_repeal_6_effect_success (note that there are currently two keys named "resolution_commerce_repeal_6_effect_success")
resolution_industry_repeal_6_effect_success is misnamed as resolution_ecology_repeal_6_effect_success (note that there are currently two keys named "resolution_ecology_repeal_6_effect_success")
Thank you; those are from GC++ so I never reviewed them. I'll fix them in the next update.
The resoluton_flag_timer is intentionally missing, since I changed the defines to make it redundant.
