The TNT should be right to your left after you jump down from PaP. It should be on some boxes.

To be able to pick up the Relic from the stove, you need to charge 3 small generators by killing the electric nova crawlers next to them. Once you charge all 3, PaP will be disabled and you have to run the Relic through a specific path (much like the magmagat from blood) and take it to PaP. Note: This will start a soul box that will lead to the final fight

Found It!

Exit diner through the stair, Then run through front door of mechanic shop (barrel to the left of the door), Then exit through the garage door (barrel outside to the left), Then run past the green truck (barrel on left), Then run between the tanks and the last barrel should be just before pap area (next to a pile of trash on the left), tramplesteam up to pap (barrel on right), then put relic into pap.
