Since the question arises again and again... You can switch the magnifier status by using the CBA Next Optics Mode keys which are by default bound to Ctrl + NumPad / and Shift + NumPad /. If those do not work for you, you can change them under: Options > Controls > Configure Addons > CBA Weapons... There you can view/change the assigned keys for the laser/light combos and the optic states (applies to the magnifiers).
