I think that would be a splendid idea, though I'm not sure what the next weapon will be. One of the devs has been working on a whole ton of different MG08s and 08/15s, otherwise I suppose we'll have to wait and see what comes!
*It seems to happen only with the no bayonet version
I had a similar issue happen a few days back, but I don't think it relates to just the Type 30. I was using quite a few different gun mods at the time and then the bots decided to stop shooting each other. Not sure what exactly caused it, but I restarted the game and that looked to fix it. I'm testing out bots on a map called Autumn Pass, they're only equipped with the no bayonet Type 30 and so far they seem to be working just fine. This was observed in spectator mode.
Testing them with pistols issued on the default Rafts map: Not many changes to the above, but they seem to prefer shooting at further distances, oftentimes ignoring people closer to them in favor of engaging people from much further ranges.
In the end, they just prefer longer ranges, I'll have to see what possible setting I may have accidentally enabled in Unity that would've caused this. I don't believe any stats have been changed more than a few decimal points.
