It's because one of the textures is named the same as one you either already have or aquired.
I think it's the Olivia model or the Fem scout. I got a pop-up in sfm saying if I want to overwrite it.
I have a few models with this issue, you just have to reinstall the model but it means you can't use any conflicting models.
It can be permantly fixed if the uploader updates the model and renames the texture, but it's unlikely.

Same thing happened to me as well. I just redownloaded it and accepted the overwrites. Seems it worked and it didn't effect the Olivia or FemScout model like how A Flying Brick said here.
It could've been fixed but I just redownloaded it. Seems to work smoothly now :)
