perhaps add a description to better introduce people to your mod?
looks great btw- good job!
this is truly an amazing mod, i am oh so very excited for this as there used to be a warhammer mod (running with codex) but it was all in spanish and has long since been gone. with this new mod i can purge the unholy hordes of xenos and heretic alike and for that i thank you.
suggestion, make the bayonets longer
It's likely already on your to-do list but I think the mod would be dramatically improved by using faction specific death rattles instead of the vanilla files.

If it's possible could you maybe rip some of the death sounds from games like Dawn Of War?

Further to it, is it possible to attach particular sounds to the reinforcement call so you could get the Orkz going 'WAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHH' whenever they call in a Rok? My train of thought is playing off of the musical cues that play in the Pacific DLC whenever the USMC or IJA summon a squad of reinforcements. Can't have Orkz without hearing them shout waaaaaaaaaagh!

New death sounds is in the todo for Orkz, Eldar, and Chaos.

visually longer bayonets, compared to the ones of the pacific dlc the ones on the lasguns and stubbers are letter openers
Change models to be based on vests or just not be randomized. Kinda weird to have a Sergeant or etc. have a model with a whiteshield's helmet for the IG.

I would enjoy a lasgun and bolter rework where there's a faster firing, larger magazine size of the current lasgun in the form of a hellgun. Making the standard las semi-fire would probably make the AI using it useless, so could just make a more expensive and more powerful version to upgrade to instead of replacing it. Also bolter should probably be more expensive and do more damage!
Tau need some form of early anti-armour weapon, or at least access to frags.
At the minute they have stun grenades and anti-inf vehicles and get stomped by enemy armour.
Seconding the above. If you're up against Tau you can just hop in a Sculla and laugh your way through their pathetic attempts to stop you. They won't use the Marklight. The only threat is their Piranha and if they call in the Razorshark to circle overhead.

Might have been said before, but a greater variety of armor/wearable gear would be cool to see.
An additional point to the comments made about the Tau: They will not make use of the Razorshark call. Across multiple matches against them, they have effectively no means of countering enemy armour outside of their light vehicle which... kinda gets torn to shreds.

I don't know if you can give the AI access to the call or why they won't actually make use of it, but they definitely need a buff in that area.
