I've personally confirmed that these versions of CD independently break the Matriarch's sprinting behavior and boss fight as a result.

I haven't personally tested every other version but I'm sure all them break her like this. Seeing as I like using it so much with my mutator, I used an override variable to fix this. The Matriarch's sprinting behavior and movement speed scaling is in proper working order when this mutator is loaded with CD.
