I was about to comment that too, but judging by the fact that Arctic appears to have been dead so far, my best suggestion is to use counter-strike + or the unofficial (attachments only) version of that addon.

Yes, I do know that this discussion was created over a year ago but, just wanted to bring this up anyway. Glad to see that somebody else has already brought it up.
