It's possible they got attacked on the way to you as it happens with all caravans and even raiders. You can prevent that by escorting them after they spawn.

It happens to me too, after ordering a certain amount the recruits just stop arriving completely, you're practically throwing your cats away for nothing

I am in a generally stable area around The Hub and have had mostly success ordering mid tier recruits. However I just spent 75,000 cats on 3 high level tier recruits and they never showed. I didn't even get an alert that they were on their way. I'm disappointed as that money is hard to come by. Any suggestions other than don't do that again?

this happened to me and i spent 125000 (i dont remember exact number) on 3 champion recruits and now im broke :(

i get notification that my champion arrived but he is not :(
