The Crafty Hair comes from XCOM, not from Street Fighter...

I know that this isn't based on Street Fighter, but this cosmetic, if added, would serve people wanting to turn their Soldier into something reminiscent of Ryu, Guile, Ken, etc.

i always played metal slug in the arcades when i was a kid
but still, this makes me think of street fighter first of all
