I’m a new player, and I’m not sure if you’ve already solved this issue. In Quarantine, there’s a large body of water near the front area (there’s an armed robot on a small island). The first time you dive in, you might wonder why there’s nothing underwater—but actually, there’s a switch underwater that can’t be activated yet. You first need to go to the far-right doorway and reach the high wall there, where a switch glowing green is located. After activating it, you can then go underwater to trigger the other switch. I’m certain these switches are key, but I still can’t open the previous passage here (it’s locked). If you’ve solved it, could you tell me what I missed?
I havent solved it, i think i gave up on it. I think i also vaugely remember seeing something out of reach. I will try again tomorrow after work with the knowledge youve given me and update you if i find something new.
