Fun fact: theres another easter egg in the deep mines, if you can somehow get under the elevator, hug the right wall until a small part allows you to enter. Pull the switch and it gives you a heart!

I found another lever near the exit of the level. In the room above it there are two nooks in the ceiling, the left one has a lever hidden behind the wires

Well spotted! Seemed to be inactive after pulling the first two though, is there a fourth one somewhere in between?

Just trying to figure this one out to. Not found any other than those mentioned.
Also, no sign of the containment in that level either!

Yes, it is in the room before the lake: after you pull these two, you can go back (don't fight the bunker yet), climb up and find a hidden room where you can't get yourself.
This is where the third switch is located, I'd recommend you to find it first so you know where it is.
The one before the end will be active only if you switch these three.

I myself feel weird about the switches in the level where you meet fighters in green suits: feels like I can't find the first one.

what room exactly? I'm literally stuck not knowing where is this hidden room, and I didn't fight the people at the bunker yet

Hey!! Guys!! I just figured this out and get the extra DNA just in hours when noticed the first lever. That surely needs to be flaunted around :D

Well maybe my description will be suitable for u but i've use some tiny glitches to reach to area
where i no longer had the access to get back, if the levers are ordinal limited to be activated, then it is (maybe) impossible to get this easter egg without glitches, so im kind of wondering about that. just let me know if u had problem with the topic im not sure if this will be checked by someone

Yeah i got that heart, bloody heart:D (kawaii), only frustrated about how to gettin that place which cost some time
i also opened all the iron doors to see if something else there but unfortunately nothing special:P

I found the hidden room!
Location spoiler:
Near the room just before the lake, there's a room with a large breakable panel in the floor that leads right into a barrier. The barrier looks a bit like a yellow pipe, and there's a matching one a couple rooms away, under it.
Solution spoiler:
You can't go through it yourself, but you can send the tendril you get when using Parasitism through it, and it will lead into a dark with with a single military person and the next lever (remember it only works after the other two).

Yes, and one more switch (IIRC) will open you the chamber to the right above the exit.
