Thank you very much for your feedback! I'm happy to hear that the V.M.E products serve you well on your journey through Space Engineers so far. As for your request: Unfortunately there is no ship in the V.M.E lineup that will meet those requirements. And I cannot recall other designs that do so. But with a bit of tinkering, you should be able to add a rotateable arm to an existing vessel.
I want to point you towards ISL Shipyards. They offer a huge selection of well made industrial and utility vessels and this would be the first place I would look to find a suitable ship for modification.
That is so crazy....lol not 5 min before you sent me that message i had found their MK3-H 62 Tug and thought that looked good and i could probably mod it a little for my needs. But in almost a week of scrolling through the workshop i had never came across any of ISL's stuff and obviously I had no clue They have an entire planet full of damn near everything. Steam Workshop is not doing them any justice, but then again its steam. Thanks again for your help
