Lava Cake troubles
So the sign next to the lava cake says three water flasks are required, but I only have two. There's an NPC that mentions that the city sells them, which I assumed was the capital city, but I can't find the vendor. Is there actually one there, or do I have to complete the tower of the gods first?

Nevermind, I found it! You have to go to the theives' hideout and open a chest to find the last water flask. I'm going to leave this up in case anyone else has the same question.
