I may consider adding the Goðafoss. I also do have plans to add the Temple of Uppsala in the 867 and 1066 starts as a special building, and the Great Hof sounds like a good idea. Irminsul may be something for the upcoming Saxon pagans.

For decisions regarding the future Mesopotamian faiths, I'd advise the addition of the ability to restore the old temple complexes. For pretty much all the possible religions, sites like the Eanna Temple for Inanna/Ishtar and An(u) in Uruk, Nanna-Suen's Temple in Ur, and Enlil's Temple in Nippur should be targets for restoration. Marduk/Bel's Temple in Babylon, Ashur's temple in Ashur, and Ishtar's temples in Nineveh and Arbella (Ibril) would also be signifigant for theoretical Babylonian and Assyrian faith variations, if such become realities.

Given the role these structures and organizations (and really, the Temples were economic institutions as much as religious ones) played in the religion, you could perhaps have them start with low fervor (with the E-hul-hul Temple to Nanna-Suen in Harran being the only one intact), but as you build/restore more major temple complexes the fervor gets bumped up (with the degree of increase depending on how important to the individual faith the site is).
