It's easier to play my mod if you have RL on steam yes. However, you can also play mods if you have RL on Epic :) There are tutorials on youtube, here are 2 examples:

Thanks man it worked and I just played the game. The game was fun even though I got stuck on the puzzle bit for like 30 min.

I wish this worked by downloading via workshop downloader. When I try to download it, it states that I need to have the game purchased through steam to be able to do it. :/ should have gotten rocket league in steam before it was gone.

If you have RL only on Epic you can still play the map and it's not long to setup (can be done in 5 mins) :)

Look into you game files where RL is installed and find the CookedPCConsole folder > rocketleague\TAGame\CookedPCConsole
Here, create a folder called "mods" and drop the map file in it.
Rename the map "Labs_Utopia_P.upk".
Now you can launch the game and start a free training with the labs_utopira map. It will start the escape room!
Once you want to remove the mod you can just delete the file :)
Why "Labs_Utopia_P.upk"? That's because it's a map that's never used in any game mode, so you can't get a temporary ban overriding this one!

I see the workshopdownloader has been taken down. I found out through a community in Discord that you could do it through Bakkesmod through a Workshop Plugin. I appreciate your feedback and might do it this way in the future :) thanks for the fast reply!

uh my game crashes literally every time I try to open it what am I doing wrong?

If you subscribed to it on Steam, you should now see it in the game: go to Play Offline > Steam Workshop
