alright, so here's the deal;
i was playing with my friends one day when i realized that n/a was unavailable
i asked all my friends, and yeah, sure enough, they all had him downloaded

i then went into a cpu match, and attempted to select n/a
couldn't find him
i tried searching for him on the steam workshop page for rivals
couldn't find him
i even tried restarting steam, unsubbing and resubbing
nothing worked
if anyone can please help me out, that would be wonderful; n/a is one of my favorite characters, and it would be crushing to never be able to play him
