Ok i underdstand i need vendetta. so i bought it, but now all the ships from this mod are gone

Ships are gone? Are you sure you are still running the mod? Check in your addons. If it is running turn it off and delete the mod. Load the save and save the game. Install the mod again and see if ships appear again in the world/if you can buy them.
Not sure why they have been deleted after you bought the DLC. Also before you do any of the above i recommend to create backups of your saves.

Ok did that, i unsubscribed the mod. went to the files, removed the mod files, started the game and the mod was gone. installed the mod again and activated it in the game, but they are still gone..... or cant you buy them in argon shipyard anymore.

I even flew to it. they are not there anymore.

disabled the dlc. and the ships were back, with missing textures.

perhaps it has something todo with loading order.

ok i just testet "XR ShipPack" and that mod works out of the box

My mod also works fine, you are the first to report any issues. Try starting a new game and see if it works there.
Also with my mod deleted/disabled load your save and save it so that all existing ships of it get deleted. Then activate the mod again and load the save and see if that fixes it (in case you didnt do that yet, from what you wrote it sounds like you tried something different).

I'm assuming you are running the latest stable build but in case you are not make sure you run the latest game version (not the beta though!).

I have tried a new game, that did not solve the problem. I know uninstalled the game and removed every trace i could find.

Did you make sure you are not running an outdated game version or the beta?

Not going to lie but i'm kind of running out of ideas. It may help if you could send me your gamelogs (google where to find/enable them).

Even with a fresh reinstall and a new game the ships dont appear if i have vendetta and the mod together active. the mod alone works with missing textures.

I have the current steam version of the game, no beta, and downloaded you mod through the steam workshop.

Any other ideas?

Well i'm assuming you bought the game and split vendetta - if not it may be an issue due to having a non-legit client.
I have no further ideas i'm afraid as i cant see why it may happen if everything is installed correctly.
I could send you the modfiles to be installed manually, in that case you will have to unsubscribe and delete from the workshop version of the mod (but i dont think that would change anything).

Lets hope the logs can tell more.

The .sig is not an issue, signatures are not part of mods as far as i'm aware.
