You choose one of the 9 Mercenary Playermodels and respawn with it. Then you go to the new TF2 option and choose the model of what you are. Then, you can apply up to 8 Cosmetics on that playermodel except for some that aren't mean to be with each other and then you press apply

You need to heve tf2 installed... wnen you stard the menu only when in game, you can press search left above the menu screen, than search for the name of the caracter. Once you've waited with loading... you'll see lots of cosmatics... if you know the names or nicknames of the cosmatics search whith the name of the cosmatic
(be awear~ English names only).
When you try to find the team captain for starders... text in :office
And than you'll see it... and you can add it when klick lefton mouce and alt at keybord ,hope it helps you all out a bit

The playermodels are typically located at the end of your playermodel list. Remember that the playermodels are located in the Context Menu.
