I think there is another forced cuck event
Your wife gets pregnant and your character gets suspicious and gives you the option to investigate it or trust her, if you investigate she turns out to be a cheater and you get intrigue exp. If you don't she turns out to be a cheater anyway but you don't get exp. This happens with AI seduction turned off.

I'll take a look and see if I can't find the event. To my knowledge there was a similar event chain in CK2, but that only occured if your character was either paranoid or your wife actually did cheat.

The event in ck2 could happen when your wife wasn't actually cheating, while you weren't paranoid, iirc. It's just that it has a higher chance of firing when you are paranoid, I don't know if your wife actually cheating had any effect, but probably. I know because I have gotten that event and checked with debug mode to see if she actually had any lovers, but she did not.
